🐾 Doodle Dash — General Event Rules & Guidelines

Thank you for supporting Golden Healers by participating in the Doodle Dash!
To ensure a safe, fun, and successful event for everyone, please review and follow the guidelines below:

🎟 Admission and Registration

• Each adult registration includes admission for one person and one dog.

• No printed ticket required — Check-in will be paperless. Please provide your name at the entrance; have your ticket confirmation email ready..

• No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your ticket to another participant. For assistance, please contact: events@doodledash.org

• If you cannot attend, your registration fee will be considered a charitable donation to Golden Healer Service Dogs.

• Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

🍴 Food, Beverages, and Venue Rules

• No outside food or alcohol may be brought into the event area.

• Bags and backpacks are subject to inspection at entry. You are welcome to bring dog treats specifically for your own dog.

🐕 Dog Rules and Requirements

• Use good judgment regarding your dog’s behavior and temperament to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

• Doodle Dash reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog whose behavior could be dangerous to others.

• Dogs must remain on a leash at all times.

  • Leashes must be no longer than six feet.

  • No retractable leashes, e-collars, shock collars, prong collars, or choke chains will be allowed for safety reasons.

  • Dogs without proper equipment will not be allowed into the event.

• Dogs must not be left unattended in vehicles at any time.

• Participating dogs must be currently licensed and vaccinated against Parvo and Rabies.

  • Proof is not required at check-in, but must be produced if requested following an incident.

• Female dogs in heat are not permitted at the event.

• Dogs must be at least six months old to participate.

• Only dogs are permitted. No other animals are allowed.

• Each dog must be handled by an adult (18+ years old).

⚖️ Assumption of Risk and Waiver

By attending the Doodle Dash, you and your guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree not to hold Golden Healers, its affiliates, employees, contractors, volunteers, or agents liable for any injury, illness, or death that may occur during the event.

Doodle Dash reserves the right to revoke admission for failure to comply with event rules.

🎥 Notice of Photography, Filming, and Media Release

By entering the Doodle Dash, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Photography, video, and audio recording may occur.

• Your image, likeness, and voice may be used by Golden Healers for promotional, advertising, or fundraising purposes without compensation.

• Media may appear on social media, websites, newsletters, promotional materials, and other media.

• You waive any right to approve or inspect the final use of images and recordings and any claim for royalties or payment.

• You fully release Golden Healers, its officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from liability related to the use of media captured at the event.

🌦 Rain or Shine Event

The Doodle Dash will be held rain or shine!
